Your voice from an NXT Robot!

Can you imagine hearing your own voice coming out of a robot? Adding your own voice responses can help personalise your Robot's behaviour.  A teacher can use voice commands in English or another language to have a Robot help a student through an exercise. Having your Robot speak can also be handy in debugging large programs. This tutorial shows you how to add voice to your Robot using the computer language RobotC. The steps are:-

1) Record your voice.

2) Save your recorded voice  to disk.

3) Change your recorded voice so it can be used with RobotC in your LEGO MindStorms robot.

4) Write the RobotC instructions to teach your Robot to use your voice.

5) Download the RobotC instructions into your robot, and test to see if your instructions work as you intended.
